Standard and TrulyGlutenFree Adrenal Plans Updated Feb 21

Christine & I have been working hard to update both versions of the Adrenal Plan and I have just released them on the shop for you.

It’s hard work keeping up with product changes, broken links and the latest research, but we’ve done it and they are ready for you 🙂

Here’s the standard Adrenal Plan, and here’s the TrulyGlutenFree version, which includes the grain free, dairy free supplement protocols.

The 98 page books show how to test and treat adrenal fatigue, They are based on the clinic protocol I have used for patients for decades, and it has rarely ever let me down.

It includes lots on testing and how to interpret your results, the adrenal diet, plus a detailed product-specific supplement protocol (available internationally by mail order).

Just a quick note to say I really think this is excellent – well done. I had a passing dream of you being able to educate GPs with this document – how to make this happen…?

After The Plan

Most people feel much better after 3-4 months on adrenal recovery in my clinical experience, so don’t put up with that horrid feeling any longer.

Well done Micki! For being very thorough, and explaining everything in simple terms! I think your writing style is fluent and readable, and you draw the reader through the entire subject in a logical and convincing way. I also really liked the supplement lists, and links to be able to source things.

Hope they help x
