Eat at the table

Since I met P, I have eaten pretty much every meal on a tray in front of the telly. We enjoy it, frankly, and it was out of necessity when we didn’t have room for a table. But, I’ve decided that I shall eat breakfast at the kitchen table much more – now I actually have one! So, I plan to eat more mindfully in the mornings, at least. New breakfast (as per my last post) and new, calmer manner of eating it. I can’t promise I won’t have the radio on or, more likely, won’t be reading the paper on my tablet lol!
