This year, I hope to gradually streamline and simplify the lab test service a bit to make it less time-consuming admin-wise for me and easier (and cheaper) for you to get what you need.
With that aim in mind, I have listed a new lab called Viva, who have happily taken the baton from Biolab and are listing almost all of the tests we used to get from them, and quite a few more. They have helped me set up a test request system and that is now live on the shop. There is no charge for posting kits to you and a pre-paid label is included for you to send samples back.
Basically, you choose what you need from their test list, get more info, collection instructions and sample reports etc from their site if needed, then order using a Viva Lab Test Request on the shop. I’ll check it, authorise and send it through for you. Viva will send you a payment link and send/run the test. Results come to me and I’ll email them to you with my thoughts as per.
I’m also in the middle of listing a load of their fab profiles and test combos – I’ll let you know when I’ve worked out how to make those available to you too!

Then, order whatever you need writing the test codes and test names clearly and making sure you complete all the data required. Add any extra notes in Comments if needed. I will then check, authorise and send your request to Viva, who will contact you for payment and send your test kit once payment is through.
