Water on my desk

I don’t know when I stopped doing this. I always used to have a glass of water on my desk when working and sipped from it all day long to hydrate myself. This one is simple: put it back!

I don’t know about you, but I am REALLY fussy what I drink from. Half the time, I enjoy the vessel more than the actual drink! So, to encourage this, having just unpacked many of my kitchen things I’ve not seen for 4 years (!), I have chosen one of my favourite glasses so it looks pretty on my desk in front of me.

I can’t yet tolerate tap water (corny?) or bottled water of any kind, so I use reverse osmosis from my Zero filter. Maybe I might start keeping a bottle of it chilled overnight in the fridge and have the bottle upstairs for easy refills? Again, I used to do this – why did I stop?! It will keep me much more hydrated – especially in these colder months when the heating dries us out!

Of course, I shall have to find a nice bottle for that. Oh dear. What a shame….
