I aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. For UK addresses, you should receive your order within 2-3 working days, provided that everything is in stock. If items are out of stock, I’ll email you. Weekend orders will be processed next working day. Bear in mind that I am not in charge of Royal Mail or posties. Generally, most things get to you within 2-3 days, but allow up to 5 just in case.

Eco-Packaging
All packaging is as eco-friendly as I can – Kraft paper and cardboard, tissue paper, eco printing inks, paper tape etc. The only plastic used is sometimes tiny bubble bags as the UK posting law states essential oils have to be sealed in waterproof bags now. Madness. Or sometimes I’ll need to use a mailing bag, but I’ve chosen ones with an additive that makes them break down within a year. #doingmybest
Returns
I doubt you’ll ever need to return any products, it’s pretty rare. I pride myself on superb choices, sturdy packaging and fab customer service. BUT, if you do have a problem, just email me and we’ll sort it out.
If you are ever returning anything, you’ll need to send it back within 14 days, unused and in the correct packaging etc – with proof of posting in case it gets lost! I’d love to say I can afford to cover your return postage costs, but since they’re now so flipping high, I can’t, unless it was my error, of course! As I say, thankfully, it hardly ever happens, so yay 🙂
Digital products like ebooks are usually sold on the basis that once downloaded, they are non-returnable. However, if you genuinely have an issue (thankfully, this too is very rare!), then do email me and we will sort it out.
Note: I don’t refund pre-paid consultation costs for consults not booked after 6 months, sorry. This is to ensure things don’t drag on indefinitely, so please book in within 6 months.
