How’s This For An Exotic Lolly?

Always on the lookout for something cooling in this weather, I sent out my favourite tip the other day. Mix some fruit compote with coconut milk or water. Melt some chocolate and pour into a lolly mould first, followed by your mix and lolly sticks. Freeze. Yum.
