I know, I know. I promised you a treat for Food Allergy & Intolerance Week, didn’t I? Sorry, despite working really hard on it, I find (as usual) that the factsheet is now mushrooming into a whole Allergy Plan! I have written 31 pages so far including how to recognise if allergy may be your issue, symptoms, the main theories behind what’s going on, my take on it, a review of testing options and (the bit that’s taking the time) a detailed Allergy Plan for you to follow with the aim of lessening your sensitivity. Everytime I think I’m there, I read something else fascinating and off I go again!
Just thought I’d let you know where I was up to. However, back to clinic work for the next few days and I’ll work on it some more later in the week. In the meantime, next come two recipes from my wheat and dairy free recipe book as a mini treat. Enjoy.
