Try This For Eczema, Psoriasis, Dermatitis or Allergy-Prone Skin

I was looking for a really good nourishing cream the other day for a skin patient. I wanted no preservatives and plenty of active ingredients in sufficient strength to actually help. Many products I come across sound right but don’t always have what I would call a therapeutic strength to really help solve a skin problem, you know?

Enter the Inlight Beauty Turmeric and Calendula Relief Balm. I love it. It’s very soothing, anti-itch and healing – with proper high-strength extract levels. If you’ve not heard of Inlight before, see my post about them here. I have them on my TGF – grain/corn/dairy free toiletries list here too. Purehealth customers can get 10% off with code PHC10, too, so all good 🙂

Anyway, back to the balm. Here’s the blurb. It basically has all of the extracts I would choose if I were to make a product for a patient, so saved me a job – the nigella is anti-allergy/anti-histamine, mallow and chickweed are renowned for eczema and anti-inflammatory, carrot is super-high in Vitamin A, needed for skin immunity, licorice is fabulous for psoriasis, turmeric is very anti-inflammatory, calendula is very healing and soothing. I could go on. A superb mix.

Turmeric and Calendula Balm

A powerful combination of majestic nourishers such as Extra Virgin Olive, Castor and Black Cumin oils, together with ingredients super-rich in phytonutrients and with renowned skin conditioning properties such as Calendula, Turmeric, Plantain, Chickweed and Mallow.

Safe for skin of all ages, including that of babies.

Ingredients:

Olea europaea (olive) fruit oil*, ricinus communis (castor) seed oil*, helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil*, cera alba (beeswax) *, oenothera biennis (evening primrose) oil*, nigella sativa (black cumin) seed oil*, calendula officinalis (calendula) flower extract*, daucus carota sativa (carrot) root extract*, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil*, plantago major (plantain) leaf extract*, malva sylvestris (mallow) flower/leaf extract*, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) flower extract*, glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice) root extract*, stellaria media (chickweed) extract*, arctium lappa (burdock) root extract*, curcuma longa (turmeric) rhizome extract*, pogostemon cablin (patchouli) leaf oil*, simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil*, rosa damascena (rose) flower oil*.
Linalool, geraniol, limonene, citronellol.
Natural constituent of essential oils listed.
*Certified organic

The extracts are pure macerated flower oils, by the way, not made with alcohol. Another reason why I love this range.

Have a go. It’s not cheap, but a little goes a long way as it is super-concentrated, and your PHC10 discount code will help. Patch test first, obviously and build up usage if you need to – it should work over a couple of weeks or so. Have a read of the comments too, a lot of people have used it for babies and toddlers with great success.

Check it out here. Let me know how you get on. Dermatitis-free fingers crossed x
