Keep Calm & Boost Immunity 4: Immune Tea Paste

If you read my last tip for you, you’ll have seen that some of the recommended immune-boosting foods include turmeric, ginger and cinnamon. (You can see all of this series here by the way].

So, here is a little recipe video for you on how to make a paste using those and other ingredients that you can then have as a tea or in your smoothies/juices. I would add cinnamon instead of the cayenne at the end. Also, honey is optional. Manuka is very powerful for the immune system but if you’d rather not have sugar, just use water to make the paste.
