Did You Know….? Keeping Bananas From Over-Ripening

I never knew this. You can stop bananas over-ripening by putting them in the fridge when they get to the just-right ripeness for you. If the skins go black, don’t worry, the fruit inside won’t be affected, it’s just the pigment in the skin that changes. Clever!
