Good morning! Yep: I am back in the saddle today for you after a lovely festive break. I hope you had a good rest too and, like me, are raring to go and can’t wait to see what 2015 has to bring us!
I shall do a new year’s type post later when I have waded through all the emails, orders etc but, here are a couple of news items for you for now that I have just added onto the Test FAQ page:
Christmas & New Year Dates
If you ordered tests during the Christmas break, rest assured they are now on order – apologies for taking longer than usual; labs re-opened on 5th January so kits will be with you asap.
Update: International Orders: Now Genova Tests Only in Europe
Please note I have decided to stop sending most tests now to Europe. I’m sorry for that but too many tests are getting lost on the way to you or samples not getting back to the labs in time. Genova lab tests, however, seem to work well much of the time so, if you are in Europe, you may still order Genova ones (each lab test page should show you which lab does it so you can see which are Genova ones). Sorry for any inconvenience; not much I can do about the post!
Note: I do not do tests in the other continents ie. Africa, Americas, Asia etc, sorry. Just too far to get samples back in time!
Anyone can order ebooks and factsheets, though, of course.
