Why Does She Witter On About #Gluten Sensitivity All The Time?!

Well, my friends, I might bore you to death with talk of gluten, but my wittering is paying off! I thought you might like to see this lovely piece showing the long overdue recognition of non-coeliac gluten illness. You don’t have to be coeliac to have a gluten disorder. And now it’s not just me saying it, which is what it felt like for such a long time.

In the piece, I am credited as being one of the ‘way out, wacky’ people who started banging the drum about it a few years ago! Er, thanks.

Seriously, I have to say it really boosted me; it’s hard and lonely sometimes going against the established way of thinking and I felt quite vindicated when I read this and SO glad I stood my ground. I re-read the No Grain, No Pain article I wrote for Michelle almost exactly two years ago, and I have to say I thought it was a darned brave wake-up piece; I hope many coeliacs and people with chronic illness read it at the time and came off grains!

Go and have a peek at Michelle’s article, whilst I take a bow. I just wanted you to see what I have been doing with all this gluten mullarkey over the past few years on the TrulyGlutenFree site- thanks for bearing with me ;)
