Truly #Gluten Free Meatballs

Check out the new recipe on the Gluten Free Society blog today. Yummy meatballs made with grass-fed beef, peppers, eggs and almond flour (can use other nut flour or leave it out). Sometimes, simplicity-itself, I just get my mince and roll it up or make little squares with a bit of herb and salt. I often serve them with courgette ribbons done with a peeler.
