New Gluten Study

Well blow me down. Just after I published the new gluten sensitivity ebook, a new post from Dr Briffa winged its way into my ebox as if to say ‘well done, you’re right!’ (or that’s how I chose to see it anyway.)

A new study has shown that people can indeed be gluten sensitive and improve on a gluten free diet without being coeliac. Can’t help thinking ‘Told you so!’ but of course I won’t say it….
