The Environmental Working Group publishes food lists regularly showing which foods are high and low in pesticides. Obviously, you should try to buy as much organic as you can to avoid such chemicals, but for times when it just isn’t possible, this list helps you make good choices to go for the lowest sprayed foods rather than the highest.
