Long-term exposure increases the risk of skin, lung, and bladder cancer, so the Food Standard Agency says that if you want to eat rice more than three times a week, consider switching to Thai or Indian grown rice, which have lower arsenic levels’.
  • Watermelon contains a compound called citrulline that relaxes blood vessels and boosts circulation in a way similar to the drug, Viagra, used by men to reignite their sex lives!
