Not your usual lavender, this one is more anti-inflammatory and used for aches, pains and stiffness.
This is a very special organic lavender essential oil made by crossing true English Lavender flowers with Spike Lavender. It is less of a relaxing oil, more medicinal in aroma and more penetrating than true lavender.
How to Use
It is used a lot to help muscle stiffness and pain like rheumatism, arthritis, fibromyalgia etc so would be great in the arnica oil. For massage, add 10-15 drops to 20 ml base oil or 40-70 drops to a 100ml.
Also good for inhalations for chest and lung issues as it is very antiseptic – use 1-2 drops on a sola wood flower near you, 1-2 drops in steaming water or 4-6 drops in a vapouriser. Plus, excellent for circulatory problems, as is the arnica oil so that would work for pain as well as poor circulation – especially good for tense, painful, heavy legs.
Botanically it is Lavandula hybrida super. Grown in France.
