Description
This is a maceration of 10% arnica flowers in organic cold pressed olive oil. Arnica is the traditional healer, especially good for bruises and after sports, helps to lower pain and swelling, ease muscle tension, rheumatism type pain and repair torn ligaments. Fab for tired and overworked bodies, basically.
How to Use:
It’s a great massage oil for tense, painful neck and shoulders, this one. Very soothing. You could combine it with comfrey or any of the other oils to help healing. And it’s great for ‘heavy’ legs and poor circulation.
For external use only and avoid if you have seed or any related allergies. Comes in a beautiful Italian glass bottle. Keep cool and not in direct sunlight. Patch test before use as always.
