5 New Meal Plans For You

I’ve been beavering away the last few days and have created some more 7 day meal plans for you. These are designed to give you a simple meal plan to follow and I’ve included all the recipes, a shopping list, a meal planner for your fridge and plenty of tips and ideas. The software is a little Canadian so forgive the overzealous use of maple syrup here and there lol. You can always swap foods to suit your own dietary needs, of course, but hopefully these will serve as a starter for you – see what I did there, I thank you ;).
