Long Covid? Try This…

I’m always on the look-out for quick(er) fixes for people still suffering the effects of Covid – of whom there are many, sadly. Check out this recent study in Rome below. The authors concluded:

Oral supplementation with 3.2 g L-arginine and 1 g liposomal vitamin C for 28 days significantly improved exercise capacity, muscle strength, endothelial function, and fatigue in adults with long Covid.

Worth a try for a month, I’d say.

I would imagine arginine, an amino acid, is helping because it will have an effect on Nitric Oxide (NO levels) in the body. Try something like this one. Note the amount taken in the study was 3.2g so you need a few caps. Vitamin C crops up all the time in Long Covid and Covid cases generally. Here’s a liposomal Vit C for you.
