Just to say ‘welcome’ to the hundreds of new subscribers I have added to the Purehealth monthly newsletter today. I am glad to have you as part of our family.

As a treat, I have also added you to the Try This mini-series of emails. I wrote this for us all during Covid to cheer us up and give us something more positive to focus on; I hope you enjoy them.
