Cajun salmon with rosemary sweet potato wedges

You could do this entirely differently by using dill or fennel or simple paprika or chilli flakes. To be honest, I buy wild salmon when I can and the flavour of that is so gorgeous, I never put anything on it, but paprika or rosemary on my wedges is really yummy 🙂 Enjoy.
