What do you do if you need help to create an Autoimmune (grain, lectin, dairy free) diet which is low GL to help balance you blood sugar and you can’t have garlic, chicken or fish? What if you need someone to give you a meal plan to help you find a way to lower your blood pressure, improve brain function, help you feel calmer or ease your arthritis?
What do you do if I’ve asked you to go TGF (grain and dairy free) and practice intermittent fasting (this happened today and the panic from the person reminded me to get this service on the system for you!)
What meals should you focus on if you have GERD/acid reflux? How do you make a tasty meal plan if you are low histamine, low FODMAP, want to go vegan?
What about if you just want low cost freezer meals that are healthy? Or you need keto but you don’t want to eat meat or as much fat? How can you eat to improve your anxiety, increase your fertility chances, balance your hormones?
The list is endless, isn’t it?
Well, I have now availed myself of some whizz-bangy software and can create some of these for you. If you need a meal plan with a shopping list and full recipes with hints and tips or up to 30 recipes to suit your specific needs, just book a Bespoke Meal Plan/Recipe Book and email me what you need.
I’ll also be creating some new recipe books for you so I have more stuff to direct you to on the system. I’ll start with AIP, low histamine and some more TGF (grain and dairy free) ones for you when I get a mo. There are a couple on the system already:

Women’s Hormone-Balancing Diet
This hormone-balancing menu plan is designed to help you balance your sex hormones, adrenals and thyroid for optimal fertility and vitality. It includes a weekly planner for your fridge or phone, a shopping list and all recipes with notes.
This is not just any diet! I have included some key ingredients to promote healthy sex hormone production and detoxification, adrenal health and thyroid function. For example, some recipes contain adrenal adaptogenic herbs and others are based on foods that support liver and gut health.
The focus is on indole-3-carbinol, calcium-d-glucarate, omega-3s, iodine, probiotics and fibre to help you metabolise oestrogens well and get your thyroid and adrenals into a more optimal state. It also gives you regular meals with plenty of protein to help keep your blood sugar balanced throughout the day.
You can change the recipe ingredients as you need to and I’ve included lots of tips to help you. I hope you like it!
I designed this at the start of Covid to help us all keep our immune systems in tip-top conditions. Our immune system is dependent upon many nutrients to work effectively, not least Vitamins A, D, C, zinc and selenium. It’s a good idea to make sure your diet contains plenty of those during challenging times, so I’ve prepared two diet resources that might help.
The Immune Support Meal Plan is a weekly plan for you to follow, complete with a shopping list and notes. It’s is traditional gluten and dairy free, but you can always swap different meals out or adapt to fit any other dietary requirements.
20 Top Immune Support Recipes – I couldn’t fit them all into the plan so here are some extra ideas for you! And here I’ve incorporated plenty of garlic, turmeric, probiotic foods and more..
There are also a few TrulyGlutenFree Grain and Dairy Free books too. For example:
10 Minute TGF Grain & Dairy Free Snacks
I know sometimes finding quick, satisfying and healthy grain and dairy free – truly gluten free – snacks is not easy – especially when you’ve got the munchies and could eat your own earwax!
To help, I have compiled 21 simple ideas to inspire you.
Each has only a few ingredients, there’s no cooking involved and I’ve focused on things you can grab easily or take with you wherever you are going. I often use some of these for lunch too!
Some recipes are treats for hot days – especially the Mojito Sorbet or Raspberry Ice-cream, some are just crunchy and easy, such as the Spicy Walnuts and others are to remind you of some fab old stand-bys – tuna on cucumber slices, for example.
I’ve included plenty of notes to give you options and ideas plus, I hope, some useful TGF reminders so you don’t accidentally ingest any grain or dairy – but do make sure you check and double-check anything so it suits your particular needs: this can only ever be a guide for you.

You can also choose TGF Breakfasts

You can choose from cereal-replacements like Honey Nut Granola, go for new ideas like Breakfast Custard, grab a slice or two of Muesli Bread or Tortilla, eat a Muffin on the go or choose savoury options like Potato and Mushroom Medley and 100% Meat Sausage.
OK, so off you go and enjoy some new ideas. Who said a TGF diet can’t be easy and delicious?! Nom, nom…
I hope the new books and service will help. The most important change in any protocol is the diet and I’ve always wanted to be able to give you more support with that; I know how hard it is, so if I can make it easier for you, I will. Yay 🙂
