A recent study reminded me how good myo-inositol, a close associate of the B Complex vitamin group, can be for polycystic ovary syndrome, especially if you are having trouble conceiving.
Check the study here:
Impact of myo-inositol treatment in women with polycystic ovary syndrome in assisted reproductive technologies
Lamberts do a Myo-Inositol powder which makes it easy to get to the same dose of 4g per day as used in the studies. I have seen it help in women with erratic cycles and excess hair growth. I’ve not given it for fertility reasons myself, but this study suggests I should!
