Quote of the Week: Social or Pharmaceutical Vaccine?

Our role as partners in the restoration of individual’s wellbeing and the education of our friends and families, by the transfer of knowledge and related changes in behaviour is the social vaccine of sustainability and wellbeing – this may be a far better investment in your and your families personal future and our environment than any single silver pharmaceutical bullet in regard to infectious disease!

Very wise words here, and I agree wholeheartedly.

We shouldn’t be relying on the development of a COVID vaccine as the be-all-and-end-all of coronavirus. Rather, we should also, and perhaps more importantly, be developing our own diet and lifestyle societal ‘vaccine’ – prevention and improvement of immunity, environmental action, community kindness etc, not just a drug-based vaccine that may or may not work and may or may not cause problems for some of the population.

Our focus, surely, should be on both types of vaccine.

Check my COVID Guidance Document here for more ideas on prevention and immune support.
