I saw this recipe for Turmeric and Coconut Bites in my Thermomix magazine (yes, lucky girl that I am, I was given this kitchen workhorse for the stuff I do helping others, which was lurverly!). You can adapt this recipe yourself, of course, just mixing it together as normal and leaving out any ingredients you’d rather not have. I liked the idea of coating the outside in chocolate and sticking the coconut to it, but do choose a good quality 70-80% chocolate instead. If cutting down sugar, use some Sweet Freedom as that is pretty gooey.
A great way to get some anti-inflammatory turmeric in, I thought, and pretty tasty!
