How Anger and Fear Affects Your Body

I saw this really useful infographic from NICABM the other day and thought I would share it with you. It illustrates just how an emotion can cause a cascade of physiological changes in the body. Just imagine how many times you feel fear (of a symptom, food, the future etc) or anger (at the world, your body, a person) each day – and this is what’s going on inside as a result.

They do some good graphics. I learn and think visually so I like them. I’ll share some more as I see them for you.
