I looked into the whole concept of earthing and grounding a while back as part of my own recovery programme.
My conclusion was that I didn’t feel happy, or indeed knowledgeable enough, to make a decision about whether using mats and such are safe or not. I chose to simply stand on the beach and my garden grass, be near the sea and trees a lot instead – and that seemed to me to be a much more ‘natural’ way of doing things.
So, I was interested to see Michelle from FoodsMatter’s summary of her email conversations, some of them quite punchy!, about the subject over the years. It makes interesting reading if you are interested in this field (ha, see what I did there?!)
