ARG Buffered Vit C cassava source out of stock.
Checked with ND and they advise: the ARG buffered vitamin C cassava source capsules and powder have been out of stock with Nutri-Link for a couple of months now. It is on permanent re-order so as soon as Nutri-Link have it back in stock, so will we. …hoping that it may be back in next week, but won’t know until the delivery arrives.
Meantime, try Twinlabs (sago palm) or Biocare Mg Ascorbate (cassava) instead.
Thanks Micki.
Hopefully it might mean words getting round more about TGF eh!
Update just seen on the ARG site:
To Our Valued Allergy Research Group Customers, September 25, 2013
We wish to update our loyal customers awaiting news on our Vitamin C Cassava Source product availability.
Over the past several months we have made numerous attempts to secure a reliable and on-going supply of cassava source vitamin C. We have been in contact with all our current ingredient suppliers, and we have approached new potential global suppliers, but regrettably nobody to-date has been able to fulfill our requirements.
Based on this global cassava source vitamin C supply constraint, we have broadened our search to include other non-corn sources of vitamin C. At this time we have not identified an acceptable option but we remain committed to finding a solution for our healthcare practitioners who wish to avoid recommending corn sourced nutrients for certain patients.
When we locate a reliable and verifiable non-corn derived ingredient supply we will make product available as soon as reasonably possible. We are unable to provide an estimated date when this may happen at this time, but we will update you periodically on our progress.
Thank you for your patience and your support of Allergy Research Group.
Bum! That no doubt means that the Vit C in the MultiViMin without Fe and Cu is not cassava either then. Stick to the one with Fe and Cu which doesn’t have Vit C in it.
What’s the difference Micki – I am thinking of getting some Vit C and could do with a good one – heard its good for the bloat but more so just as a pick me up at the moment. I like the chewable ones to be honest but why oh why do they have to put a sweetener in – surely adults can chew somethibg in their life that doesn’t need to have sugar, sweeteners or even taste sweet – could they not sweeten with lemon juice! My moan for the day!
Micki Rose – Thank You all of your insight and material to read on Gluten Free. What a beautiful gift that you are giving to so many others – the gift of sharing. Look forward to reading more. Wishes, Mrs. Christine Beckman (A Celiac)
How lovely, thank you Christine. I do it to help people like you 🙂
