Trouble Taking #Supplements?

I have recently written a piece for about the importance for some people of finding grain-, and especially, corn-free supplements.

This is primarily aimed at my trulyglutenfree patients who have to avoid both, but just as I published it, I had two emails come through from new people, both asking why certain supplements might make them feel worse. Now obviously, that could be any number of reasons – detox, allergy, too strong, additives etc etc, but it could also be the corn or gluten (from ALL grains) in them so I thought it might be useful to post this here too.
