I am now offering email support again due to popular demand!

If you have a question on your test results or you’re not sure where to start with something, book an Ask Micki, then email me your question at I’ll get back to you asap. I’m usually pretty quick 🙂

Please book an Extended Ask Micki if you think it’s a bit complex and I’m going to need time to read through stuff and think!

If you need me to analyse your test results and give you some recommendations on what to do next, book a Test Report. (Max 3 results pls. If you have more, just send them but I may ask for more time to be paid for). Email me your results and some brief background about why you were testing/what you are looking for. I will email you any questions/the report when ready. Give me a few days. I don’t mind a couple of questions after a report, but please use Ask Mickis after that.

If you need me to take a good, hard look at your case because you’re not sure where to start, go next, have plateaued, lost the will to live with it, book a Case Review. Email me some background – start with the current situation and symptoms, diet inc. whether you eating dairy, gluten, grains – and then continue with some history, what’s helped, what hasn’t, what you or others think is going on, meds or supplements you’re on currently etc. Bear in mind, you are paying for experience and my thoughts here, not time or word count. My forte, after 30 years, is in seeing the whole picture and identifying what may have been missed. We’ll probably email back and forth for a bit if I need more info. I’ll then email you my thoughts when ready. Give me a week or so on this one. I don’t mind a couple of questions after a report, but please use Ask Mickis after that. You can always do another Case Review further down the line, if needed.

I will shortly – due to popular request – be taking a limited number of patient cases on via email consultation. I can help most people, but my specialisms are food intolerance/hypersensitivity illness, gluten related disorders, corn/grain sensitivity, fatigue and gut issuesI just need to get the always-busy January out of the way, get the test service set back up with P at the helm and some courses/handouts finished. If you want to be certain of a place, you can join the waiting list by booking an Initial Consultation and, as soon as I’m ready, I will email you some forms to get on with completing and then let you know when I’m up and running. If you’re not sure if I can help or want to chat to me first, book an Ask Micki.

Here’s how the consultation process will work…

If you want to work with me as a patient, please book a Patient Initial Consultation. I will email you some forms to complete, analyse them, come back to you for more info – we may chat on the phone or video call if needed – and then I will email you my thoughts, resources, suggested protocols etc. Email consults are cheaper to administer and enable me to keep my prices as low as possible. After almost 30 years’ experience in natural medicine, I could be charging at least double, but it’s important to me that people can afford help from private consultants like me when they need it.

I find email often the best way to deal with cases, actually, because we both have a written record of what’s been said to refer back to, it ensures better understanding and compliance, you don’t have to take time off to attend anything and, importantly, many of my hypersensitivity patients are best in their own controlled environments and may be too poorly on a specified time for their appointments; its stressful trying to keep well for them. I know, I am a chronic MCAS case myself, and my wish is that I can prevent you from getting that far down the hypersensitivity rabbit hole! Plus, email means I can send you links to any resources more easily.

I don’t mind a couple of emails to check things in between appointments, but don’t go mad; note that I won’t change anything significant without a proper review as, to do that, I need to read through everything, consider stuff carefully etc and it is time-consuming. We will follow-up regularly with a Patient Review. We’ll agree the timing between us depending on your case and needs, but I like to review every 4 weeks generally, which is enough time to see if an approach or protocol is on the right track and enable us to make tweaks, change things or whatever is needed to move your forward. For complex cases, we may need to keep in touch more.

You can save 10% by booking a Patient Package, which includes the Initial Consultation and 4 Reviews.

Don’t worry if you’re not sure which support to book – I’ll advise you. Just email me at or live chat me to ask. If I think I need more time to advise you effectively, I’ll say.

See testimonials here if you want to check me out!
