Orange, bergamot, geranium, petitgrain, cardamon & patchouli
Why I chose it
From Materia Aromatica, who I think make the best essential oil blends around. I have used them for years. I like the beautiful glass etched bottle, which looks fab and cheers me up just looking at it. The blend is a beautiful mix and is highly therapeutic. I use this one when I need a pick me up, but something deep and reassuring, grounding even.
Ingredients
Sandalwood, geranium, palmarosa, lemon and petitgrain.
How to use
It’s one for a bath rather than a shower so you can enjoy the deep beauty of it. And I pop a drop in silk flowers, my sola wood flowers etc around the house when guests are coming. Add 2-4 drops into your bath or a few drops to your body lotion. It’s great to pop around the room when doing yoga classes/Qi Gong.
