This factsheet is based on my favourite gut test – the Doctors Data GI360 – but many of the markers discussed are included in other tests like the CSAP, GI Effects, GI MAP etc, so may help with those too. In it, I show you:
- how I might interpret the various markers
- share lots of clinical tips learned over the last 30-odd years and – importantly –
- give you specific protocol/product suggestions on what to do about the various issues that crop up.
