What Causes Mouth Ulcers?

Excellent review for you today of mouth ulcers, what causes them and what we can do about them. I know many of you suffer with these painful mouth sores – a lot of us who have gluten related illnesses suffer with them – and I note this is indeed listed as one of the top causes. In fact, it is one of the main clues. If I see recurrent mouth ulcers, I first look for poor zinc levels and, if correcting that doesn’t do it, I look for gluten related disorders such as coeliac disease or NCGS (non coeliac gluten sensitivity).
