…a story from my friend’s husband who was recently diagnosed with coeliac disease (somewhat by accident) but as he wasn’t showing any visible symptoms the doctor advised that he may as well carry on eating gluten!! There is still an educational mountain to climb!
I nearly fell off my chair; how stupid is that?! I hope he has ignored the advice..
