Phew, the clinic work has suddenly gone quiet as it does approaching Christmas, so I have managed to finish my new factsheet on Histamine Intolerance for you; I’ve been working on it for a good while now!

  1. I saw your article on histamine-sensitivity.com, where you say that B12 and folate make it worse. How is this possible if both are needed for the Histamine methyltransferase enzyme?

    1. I think I was referring to when people take non-methyl forms of folic acid and B12 and feel worse. It is often because they can’t turn them into the methyl form because their methylation is poor and hence that ties into their HIT
