Thought I would let you know that Natural Dispensary are stocking some raw nut and fruit bars which look pretty good on paper. Not tried them but look yummy. See here for more info and ingredients in each bar. They are £1.69 or a box of 12 is £19.99 so not overly cheap but a good treat for when you need one. Half a bar would probably satisfy any munchies.
