Just noticed that there is a stock of somewhat short-dated Miss Roben’s mixes on the Allergy Essex site. I checked that you can freeze the muffin mixes and it seems you can, so get yourself some in for ‘I-need-a-treat-quick’ times! Since the cakes are virtually the same ingredients, I would imagine you can also freeze those. If they last that long.
