Skipping Breakfast = High Cholesterol & Insulin

 Not only is eating breakfast essential for healthy blood sugar balance, but research from the University of Nottingham has found that skipping this vital meal can raise cholesterol levels too. Omitting breakfast was associated with a significantly higher total LDL (“bad”) cholesterol level as well as increased insulin sensitivity, both of which could lead to weight gain in the long term.
